    TouchStone is a systemization platform providing SOP tools, templates, training, and consulting support.
  3. Account Registration
    You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining confidentiality of your account, and notifying us of any unauthorized access.
  4. Payment and Billing
    Services may be provided on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. You must update billing information to avoid service interruptions.
  5. Cancellations and Downgrades
    To cancel or downgrade, you must submit a request at least 30 days before your renewal date. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds for early cancellation.
  6. Trial Offers
    Any trial or promotional features may be terminated or modified at any time without notice.

    You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service
