TouchStone is offered as a stand-alone application for those clients who already understand the basics of systems design & documentation as well as clients graduating from one of our other Business Development Programs. The TouchStone package includes: - Technical Application Assistance & Training
- Initial Technical Application Training session for you and your employees; one-on-one, with one of our support technicians. This initial training session will get you to the point where you’ll be able to start designing, documenting & organizing your systems and position descriptions as well as your company’s organizational structure.
- On-going subscription for program updates
- Unlimited email technical support
- Weekly Web-based training classes in the use and implementation of the product. The classes encourage interactive questions in the use and application of the TouchStone product.
TouchStone Silver
TouchStone Silver is for those who require more systems design and documentation assistance.
The TouchStone Silver package offers: - Technical Application Assistance & Training (all the elements described above)

TouchStone Gold
TouchStone Gold is for those business owners who want even more of our business development expertise – those who need a higher level of system design and documentation support as well as more of it. It offers you unparalleled service and responsiveness. Customers who choose this package can always be assured of the fastest response times.

Systems Development Blocks
For those business owners who want a rapid deployment of systems in their business, blocks of ten (10) systems documentation hours can be purchased. These systems development meetings can be completed as quickly as you want or last for a full 6 month period to turn existing checklists and workplans into TouchStone Process tools or to create job descriptions and document the processes on a job description for specific positions on an organization chart. As with the Gold and Silver programs, sometimes our systems developers meet with the owner, sometimes they meet with managers or front line employees and sometimes they are working off line getting the systems written from existing word and PDF files. |
