Something for Everyone: Support Across the Partnership Lifecycle

The TouchStone Business System’s Partner Program operating premise incorporates four major goals:

  1. Increase our partners' revenue and profits.
  2. Align our technologies to meet customers’ and partners' business needs.
  3. Simplify our partners' experience with TouchStone Business System through relevant communications and streamlined processes.
  4. Serve our partner’s and their clients with world class support that goes above and beyond their expectations.
Align Your Business with TouchStone

Participate in one or several of the following categories:

  1. Referral and Sales Partners: For any partner who generates leads and customer referrals for TouchStone Business Systems (TBS).

    • A Referral Partner generates leads and referrals for TBS to “convert” into new TouchStone Users. Referral Partners receive $10/month per converted lead.

    • A Sales Partner generates leads and referrals with the intent of converting these leads internally. Sales Partners receive $25/month per converted lead.

    All leads and referrals and clients are welcome to attend TBS’s free weekly strategic business webinars and TouchStone demonstrations.

    TBS will support and service all clients.

    TBS will bill all clients directly and will pay the Referral Partner directly.

    Monthly Referral / Sales Fees will be paid quarterly to a TBS Partner for as long as the client remains an active TouchStone User in good standing.

  2. Consulting Partners: For our Consulting Partners who provide their clients with subscriptions to the TouchStone Business System Application.

    Consulting Partners convert leads internally with minimal assistance from TBS.

    Consulting Partners receive a discounted rate for their own TouchStone Application of $99/month.

    Consulting Partners are encouraged to purchase the optional Partner Program Technical Training package at $1,200 which includes 6 one hour TouchStone technical training meetings done weekly over a 6 week period.

    If Consulting Partner registers ten (10) or more new subscribers within six (6) weeks of activating their own TouchStone Subscription, TBS will waive the Technical Training Fee.

    Consulting Partners charge their own clients for the TouchStone Application. They can charge any amount above or below or equal to the current retail price for the TouchStone Application of $149/month or they can include it as part of their own service package.

    All clients and prospects of our Consulting Partners are welcome to attend TBS’s free weekly strategic business webinars and TouchStone demonstrations.

    TBS will support and service all our Consulting Partners clients if requested.

    Consulting Partners will bill their clients directly and TBS will bill the Consulting Partner for all TouchStone accounts in use.

  3. Value-Added Resellers: The Value Added Reseller partner develops, extends, customizes, packages, resells and delivers TouchStone for both vertical and horizontal markets in both mature and emerging markets.

    Value-Added Resellers will receive custom quotes based on project type.
